Bedway Bellows |

Bedway Bellows are used in the protection of machine slideways.
Formers run on the top face and sides of the slide, locating on the sides and are fitted inside the bellows.

Cross Slide Bellows |

Cross Slide Bellows are used in the protection of horizontal slideways carrying drilling, grinding or milling heads, with a bellows either side of the head. The bellows
is hung from the top slideway.
If Formers are required, they run on the top face and front face of the slideway, and are fitted inside the bellows.
The lower edge of the bellows can be shaped to enclose the slideway.

Circular Bellows |

Circular Bellows are typically used to protect hydraulic piston shafts and rotating drive shafts. They can also be used with supports for
shielding splined shafts or laser beams.
Tapes are fitted externally if required.

Bellows End Fixing Options |
Collar fixings provide a simple, secure fixing on to circular or even square or hexagonal shafts. They can be used with cable ties or jubilee clips.
Flange fixings can be any shape, round, square, larger or smaller than the outside of the bellows and provides the most secure fixing especially for large bellows. It occupies
little space allowing the maximum space for the closed bellows.
Stand off flanges give better access to the fixing bolts but reduce the available space for the closed bellows. The flange shape can be different to the bellows.
Blanking plates are used to fix to the end of a slideway or shaft. They can be packed beyond the end of the shaft or slide to accommodate the closed length of the bellows if there
is insufficient room on the shaft or slide. The outer profile of the bellows and plate are usually the same.

Spring Roller Blinds |
Spring Roller Blinds are an economic method of providing a flat surface protection. The roller movement can be vertical or horizontal, but the roller orientation can only
be horizontal.
Typical uses include a floor mounted roller on scissor lift tables to prevent operators putting their hand in the scissor mechanism or on a larger version to prevent walk in entry when a lift table
has been raised. Covers can be written to show a warning message.
Rollers diameters are available from 22mm to 100mm. Roller width ranges from 100mm to 6000mm The maximum movement is 4000mm. The cover can have stiffening inserts added for further
rigidity. Mounting brackets are available.
